The forthcoming bond auction will take center stage, with the DMO offering ₦1.75tn across the 19.00% Feb-2034, 16.79% Sep-2036, and 15.45% Jun-2038 re-openings. Scheduled inflows of c. ₦2.71tn from the 16.25% Apr-2037 coupon and OMO and NTB maturities should support liquidity and demand. The auction outcome will set the tone for secondary-market activity, while the balance between these inflows and settlement debits will shape liquidity through the week.

. For equities, We expect selective bargain hunting and Q3 earnings positioning to support market activity, with easing inflation and improved breadth providing some optimism. However, sustained recovery will depend on renewed demand in banking heavyweights and broader market participation.
